We offer a fixed price pricing structure for our services, so you have the peace of mind that you know exactly how much our services cost and the scope of our services we will provide you.
Our services include:
- Conducting a detailed consultation so we fully understand your circumstances and aims;
- Furnishing legal advice, advising on all possible options and formulating a strategy that ensures your application will have the best chance of success;
- Providing a bespoke list of documents specific to your case;
- Reviewing each document you provide us to ensure it meets the legal requirements;
- Drafting a cover letter with legal submissions that details your circumstances and outlines to the Home Office that you satisfy the legal requirements;
- Submitting your application and booking you an appointment where applicable;
- Advising you timelines and ensuring that your legal position is upheld;
- Answer any questions whilst your application is being considered by the Home Office;
- Liaise with the Home Office whilst your applications is being considered; and
- Review the decision from the Home Office with you.

- Adult Dependant Relatives: (£2,000 + VAT) +/- £200

Our fees for lodging and representing an appeal before the First Tier Tribunal will include
- Drafting grounds of appeal;
- Lodging with the Tribunal, consultations;
- Taking detailed instructions;
- Considering documents and advising on timelines;
- Drafting statements;
- Providing a tailored made list of documents specific to your case to support the appeal;
- Assessing each document to ensure maximum chance of success;
- Preparing court bundles;
- Liaise with the Tribunal, Home Office, a Barrister and any Experts.
If the appeal is unsuccessful, the cost quoted does not include any advice and assistance in relation to any onward appeal.
Not included in any of the above fees are disbursements such as:
- Barrister fees
- Expert report fees
- Cost of interpreters if required
- Translations
- Attending any Home Office interviews
- Home Office / Visa fees and any Premium Service supplements
- Immigration Health Surcharge
- Court fees
- Housing Reports for Immigration purposes
- DNA tests where appropriate
- Any other cost related to your matter that are payable to third parties.
We will advise if VAT is applicable to your matter before you instruct us. If you opt for our hourly charges fee structure, we will inform you the costs before you instruct us.
